Qualifying Details
Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council supports postgraduate training to help ensure the flow of highly qualified people into research careers. The quota competition awards funding to universities and research organisations for postgraduate research programmes. Awards are made on a competitive basis through an evaluation of the quality of the research training offered by a department or research unit. Funding is awarded in the form of Doctoral Training Grants (DTGs) to provide institutions with maximum flexibility in the training they support. Deadline 25 April 2011 Further information at here
